Biography

Gazelle Hashemian is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with extensive experience across both the public and private sectors. She is the CEO of BluJuniper, a technology services firm dedicated to delivering transformative solutions that drive innovation and efficiency. BluJuniper has developed repeatable processes for governance, enabling organizations to achieve consistent, scalable, and impactful results. At the heart of BluJuniper's approach is North*Star©, a comprehensive framework that leverages industry best practices to optimize operations. North*Star introduces efficiencies and fosters consistency while maintaining the flexibility to avoid bottlenecks and eliminate bureaucratic hurdles, empowering organizations to achieve their strategic objectives seamlessly.

Gazelle is also a member of the socially impact-focused investment group WE Capital, a consortium of female investors who support gender-diverse management teams through investments in Rethink Impact, leveraging technology to address the world's most pressing challenges. She is also the co-founder of the Project Turquoise non-profit organization, which has impacted thousands of lives worldwide.

Prior to her current ventures, Gazelle co-founded and led Paragon Technology Group, where she drove the company's organic growth from $1M in 2003 to over $41M by 2011. Paragon served both public and private sector clients, focusing on management consulting and technology services. Under her leadership, Paragon's client, U.S. Transportation Command, achieved a remarkable $500M in savings through streamlined processes and efficiency improvements—an approach she continues to champion at BluJuniper.

Gazelle's career includes executive roles as Director of IT at Broadband Office, CIO of Picus, and Director of IT at Teligent, along with management and engineering positions at MCI Metro and Hughes Network Systems. She holds a Master's in Telecommunications from George Washington University and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University. She currently resides in Miami Beach, Florida.

Her contributions have been widely recognized, with awards including the SmartCEO Brava Award, SmartCEO 100, and induction into the George Washington University School of Engineering Hall of Fame. Gazelle remains passionate about advancing women in the workforce and supporting families in need around the world.
