Biography
Gazelle Hashemian is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with deep experience across the public and private sectors. She is leading BluJuniper.ai with focus on AI and optimization building mission-grade AI/ML and defense technologies, from agentic AI and MLOps to computer vision and sensor intelligence fielded across cloud, edge, and tactical environments. At the heart of BluJuniper's approach is NorthStar©, its Enterprise Governance Operating Model, which turns strategic intent into governed, measurable execution. NorthStar wires governance, delivery, data, and AI into one instrumented system, giving organizations the clarity, control, and agility to scale AI safely and avoid bureaucratic bottlenecks.
Before BluJuniper, Gazelle co-founded and led Paragon Technology Group, scaling it from a startup into a multimillion-dollar firm serving public and private sector clients in management consulting and technology services. Under her leadership, Paragon's work with U.S. Transportation Command delivered $500M in savings through streamlined processes, an efficiency mindset she continues to bring to BluJuniper today.
Gazelle is also a member of WE Capital, a consortium of female investors backing gender-diverse teams through Rethink Impact. She holds a Master's in Telecommunications from George Washington University and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University, and was inducted into GWU's School of Engineering Hall of Fame. She lives in Miami Beach, Florida.
