Washington, D.C. — August 25, 2026 — BluJuniper has been awarded a contract to serve as the sole software developer for Next Generation Public-Safety & Defense Platform.
The effort represents a substantial end-to-end software development program. BluJuniper will be responsible for designing, engineering, integrating, and delivering the next generation of the platform across the full software stack including the research and development of the core AI/ML technologies.
The new platform will incorporate advanced capabilities across several core technology areas, including:
- Audio Machine Learning
- Computer Vision
- Navigation Algorithms
- Natural Language Processing and Understanding
- AI/ML model integration and production inference
- Real time software systems
- Edge Computing and mobile development
These technologies will be integrated into a single operational Law enforcement and fire-fighting application designed to process and interpret and fuse complex audio, visual, spatial, and language-based information.
