When the home-grown system running your mission-critical work turns unstable, every day you depend on it carries real risk. One organization faced exactly that. Its business-critical SharePoint portfolio, built on aging Microsoft technology, had become unstable and hard to troubleshoot. Dozens of custom applications and hundreds of thousands of lines of legacy code still had to keep working through any transition. Leadership needed a resilient, secure place to land, without the cost of a fully redundant, high-availability build-out.

BluJuniper started by getting to the root of the instability. We ran a root-cause analysis, documented the existing architecture in full, and delivered a formal risk assessment with a disaster recovery and contingency plan. We then designed a new SharePoint Server Farm on Microsoft Azure, laying out redundancy, scalability, and cost options for leadership to weigh. From there we built and executed the plan, migrating the legacy portfolio, moving identities to Azure Active Directory, and taking on ongoing server and application management.

BluJuniper moved more than 30 applications off an unstable legacy platform and onto a resilient, secure, Azure-hosted environment. We layered in data privacy and security controls that closed the specific risk gaps the assessment had flagged.

The work did not end at cutover. BluJuniper continues to provide hosting, configuration, and application support, keeping the environment stable and secure as needs change. A one-time migration became a lasting managed-hosting relationship.
