We are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer who wants to put those capabilities in the hands of people operating in the real world: on the move, under time pressure, and in environments where the app has to just work.
What You’ll Build
You may work on mobile applications that:
- Use ARKit and ARCore to overlay spatial and navigation information on the real world.
- Capture and stream live camera and video feeds to AI services.
- Use geolocation to support navigation and situational awareness.
- Share logic across platforms with Kotlin Multiplatform.
- Connect securely to backend APIs and cloud platform services.
The Role
You will own mobile features end to end, from architecture and UI to device capabilities and integration with backend and AI services.
You will collaborate with backend, computer vision, navigation, and AI/ML engineers to deliver experiences that are reliable in demanding conditions.
Responsibilities
- Build native iOS applications in Swift.
- Build Android and shared code using Kotlin and Kotlin Multiplatform.
- Develop AR features with ARKit and ARCore.
- Implement camera workflows, video streaming, and geolocation features.
- Integrate with secure backend APIs and real-time services.
- Optimize performance, battery use, and reliability on device.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and testing.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional mobile development experience.
- Strong experience with Swift and iOS.
- Strong experience with Kotlin and Android.
- Experience with camera, video, or geolocation features.
- Experience integrating mobile apps with secure backend APIs.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform.
- Experience with ARKit, ARCore, or 3D/spatial applications.
- Experience with WebRTC or real-time video streaming.
- Experience integrating on-device or cloud AI/ML models.
- Experience in defense, public safety, or field-operations environments.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $160,000–$225,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
Eligible employees may also receive performance bonuses and stock options in addition to base salary.

This is a hybrid role based in Arlington, VA.
